More Than Coaching. More Than Consulting.

Kingdom Global Advisors intentionally crafted a hybrid approach that brings together lifestyle coaching and leadership consulting. Insight alone is rarely enough, and strategy without personal alignment rarely reaches its full potential. We use coaching to uncover what needs to shift beneath the surface, then bring in consulting to incorporate those insights into the personal disciplines, relational patterns, decisions, and leadership practices that shape professional influence. The result is a more considered approach that moves beyond conversation into intentional application.

Distinctly personal. Intentionally designed. We create a leadership framework specifically for you that is built around who you are, what you value, how you make decisions, cultivate relationships, navigate competing demands, and exercise influence.

This means our clients receive more than insight alone. They develop a sharper understanding of themselves, gain tailored direction for the realities they are navigating, and enter a rigorous, highly personalized process that requires reflection, application, and personal ownership. The work deepens when leaders are willing to notice how their convictions, choices, relationships, and influence are shaping one another. That awareness creates the end goal which is to explore what should be reconsidered, strengthened, or carried differently in order to make deliberate changes in how they decide, relate, and lead. True change does not end with awareness. We, at KGA, guide our clients to build practices that keep identity and choice closely connected. Over time, those choices shape how they carry responsibility, influence others, and respond to what is entrusted to them. As better decisions are made, leaders begin to see more clearly that identity is not separate from legacy. We believe that legacy becomes the lasting expression of the leaders’ character formation and what continues through the people their leadership has shaped.

Blueprint Alignment Coaching

*Seven-Month Private Engagements from $12,000

Blueprint Alignment Coaching is a private seven-month, 1:1 leadership development engagement designed for leaders who are ready to move beyond surface-level growth and examine more deeply the person carrying the responsibility.

Rather than approaching leadership development primarily through strategy, performance, or technique, Blueprint Alignment Coaching turns attention to the person carrying the responsibility. Leadership is the context, but the individual leader is the primary subject of development.

The work is particularly suited for high-capacity leaders navigating increased responsibility, significant transition, sustained pressure, burnout, or the quieter disconnect that can emerge when outward leadership continues to function while something within the leader has begun to shift.

Through intentional reflection, guided assessment, and ongoing developmental work, clients examine the internal patterns that shape how they lead; including identity, character, values, decision-making, relationships, boundaries, emotional responses, personal responsibility, and the ways pressure can reveal areas of alignment or fragmentation.

The seven-month structure allows space not only for insight, but for sustained development over time. Clients are supported in strengthening self-awareness, deepening personal alignment, recognizing limiting or recurring patterns, and becoming increasingly intentional in how they carry responsibility, exercise judgment, relate to others, and steward their influence.

The final phase focuses on integration and continuation, helping the leader identify what has changed, what requires continued attention, and how the work can be carried forward beyond the formal engagement.

The deeper aim is not dependence on coaching, but a more established way of leading that continues after the engagement ends. Leaders begin displaying greater self-awareness into everyday leadership practice in order to make choices that reflect who they are becoming, respond more intentionally under pressure, and align behavior with stated values. Repeated over time, those choices become part of the leadership legacy others experience and eventually carry forward.

The Engagement May Include

  • Approximately 14 private 1:1 coaching sessions held bi-weekly across the seven-month engagement, creating a consistent rhythm for reflection, application, recalibration, and continued development between conversations.

  • A focused examination of identity, character, values, self-mastery, and decision-making, helping the leader identify where greater alignment is needed between who they are, what they believe, how they lead, and the responsibilities they carry.

  • Application to real leadership situations, including difficult decisions, transitions, relational tensions, changing responsibilities, workplace pressures, boundaries, competing demands, and moments when familiar patterns are no longer producing healthy or sustainable outcomes.

  • Purposeful reflection and guided inquiry designed to surface recurring patterns, internal tensions, assumptions, competing priorities, and other influences that may be shaping leadership behavior beneath the visible challenge.

  • Personalized application between sessions, allowing insight to move beyond conversation and into observable choices, clearer boundaries, more intentional communication, stronger decision-making, and healthier ways of carrying responsibility.

  • Ongoing between-session accountability and relevant support, helping the leader remain engaged with the work as real situations unfold rather than limiting development to the coaching hour itself.

  • Two to three structured developmental reviews across the engagement to examine emerging growth, areas of greater consistency, unresolved tensions, and priorities requiring deeper attention.

  • Intentional attention to relational and leadership impact, helping the leader consider not only personal development, but how increased alignment influences the people they lead, the environments they shape, and the culture their leadership helps create.

  • A dedicated integration and continuation phase during the final month, bringing together the most significant insights, practices, decisions, and commitments developed throughout the engagement and identifying what should be sustained beyond the formal coaching relationship.

  • A personalized continuation framework outlining key areas of ongoing development, practical commitments, and leadership practices designed to support long-term alignment rather than short-term improvement alone.

The seven-month engagement is designed to strengthen more than immediate leadership performance. It develops the person behind the role so that greater clarity, integrity, relational health, and personal alignment can influence how leadership is exercised over time. The broader aim is leadership that contributes to healthier people, stronger cultures, meaningful service, and an impact capable of being carried forward.
