Good day, I am Ches! I founded Kingdom Global Advisors out of a fundamentally simple in principle, yet one profoundly nuanced in its expression conviction: effective leadership starts begins an intentional and becoming person behind the title.

My vision, mission and passion for leadership development has been shaped by years of experience across life coaching, personal challenges and wins, behavioral health, staff development, and organizational operations. I hold an MBA and am a doctoral learner who has advanced to candidate status in Christian Leadership, with an emphasis in faith-based consulting. I have led teams, trained and developed staff, conducted 300+ behavioral health assessments, and accumulated more than 2,000 hours of direct non-clinical work with individuals navigating complex personal, relational, and professional pressures.

One of the experiences that sharpened my leadership perspective most was managing a team of 25 while helping increase direct service delivery by approximately 90 percent. That work required more than managing tasks. It required paying attention to people, capacity, communication, emotional capabilities, accountability, decision-making, their pains, weaknesses, and the systems surrounding them. It reinforced something I continue to see in leadership today: performance problems are not always strategy problems. Sometimes the deeper issue is the awareness (or absence) of personal identity and its link to the professional role, expectations, organizational effectiveness and life accomplishments.

That understanding now sits at the center of my consulting work. Through leadership development, consulting, workshops, and whole-person development experiences, I help leaders examine how identity, values, emotional intelligence, decision-making, relationships, and pressure patterns are influencing the way they lead.

My signature framework is built around the idea that leadership development should not begin with imitation. Systems and strategies may be transferable and even replicated, but people are not. I help leaders understand what they are bringing into the role, identify where greater alignment is needed, and strengthen the internal clarity that supports healthier decisions, stronger relationships, and more effective leadership.

For me, the assignment is not simply to help someone perform better in a position. Positions change, come and go. It is to develop leaders who become more aligned, more self-aware, and ever increasingly capable of carrying the demands of leadership without becoming disconnected from the person behind the role. A well-defined leader can transform an entire nation. Great leaders are not born, they are intentionally, systemically, and intrinsically developed as an evolving practice.
